The idea to establish Nangwa Vocational Training College (NVTC) was generateb by Fr. Daniel Noud in 1975. This was due to his plan to promote vocational skills to Manyara desidents. NVTC was started with few courses, namely, carpentry and joinery, masonry and bricklaying, motor vehicle mechanics, electrical installation and auto electric.

Later on the college extended its services to cover the whole country. NVTC accept students from any Tanzania region, and it has extended it courses up to more than 10 long courses. We also offer short courses including; motor driving, computer application, and foreign languages.

Establishment of Nangwa VTC
Nangwa VTC existed in operation since 1975 under ownership of Fr. Daniel B. Noud from Ireland. It got its first registration in 1983 with Reg. Numer VTC/57/83. Then after in 2005, Fr Daniel Noud handed over the school to The Catholic Diocese of Mbulu. In 2012 all Vocational Centres were re-registered all over the country and Nangwa VTC got its new registration VET/MNY/PR/2012/C/029
